How it works
An inbox is not a list of messages. It is a list of decisions.
SyncPilot reads each new email, decides what it needs, and writes the reply. You only answer one message on Signal.

FAQ
Before you connect anything
Does it ever send email without me?
No. Every draft waits for your reply on Signal. If you never answer, the draft expires after 24 hours and nothing is sent.
What do I get on the free plan?
All seven actions and the full product. The only limit is 50,000 AI tokens a month, which covers a normal inbox.
What happens if I stop paying?
You drop back to the free plan at the end of the month you paid for. Nothing is deleted and your connections stay linked.
Why Signal and not WhatsApp or Slack?
It is the app you already have open, and it is encrypted end to end. Nothing new to install.
How often does it check my inbox?
Every 5 to 15 minutes. Your replies are picked up separately, about once a minute, so sending a draft feels close to instant.
Can I change what it wrote before sending?
Yes. Reply with the change you want instead of the word send. Try “make it shorter” or “push the date to Monday”. It rewrites the draft and sends it back under the same code.
Is my email data stored?
No email bodies are kept. We store your connection details and a count of what each check found. Message text goes to the AI model to write the draft, then it is gone.
What access does it need to Gmail?
It reads new mail, saves drafts, and applies labels or archives when that is the action it picked. It never sends a reply on its own.
Do I need to keep anything open?
No. SyncPilot runs on its own schedule. Your laptop can be shut and your browser closed.
